Anja has over 20 years of experience, practising as a mediator, collaborative lawyer and advocate in Ōtepoti / Dunedin. Anja works best as part of a team. Ravi, the English Staffordshire bullterrier hales from Te Awamutu. He was born in November 2019 and has followed in his predecessor’s footsteps, Martin, after whom our building is named. Ravi has been working since the age of 9 weeks as the resident Staffie, friend and companion to many who come through our doors. He may bring you a toy, or just sit with you. He has hidden talents such as ball fetching and taming water.

Dani is a collaborative professional and trained in Collaborative Practice. Dani works keenly with other professionals (and with her wonderful team at Klinkert Law) to support you to find the simple or ‘out of the box’ solutions that might be required for your situation.
Dani is an accredited member of the Resolution Institute. She is a volunteer mediator with Dunedin Community Mediation. Dani is committed to ongoing professional development and is part of a family therapy ‘reflective practice group’ and other groups dedicated to working with people in dispute.
Dani has practiced in the Family Court since 2016 and is a provider of Legal Aid Services. She appears regularly in the Family Court at Ōtepoti / Dunedin and other Courts around New Zealand. Dani volunteers at Community Law Otago.
Just a note, Dani works part-time and has many hobbies in the community; on her property; and in outdoor pursuits from the mountains to the ocean. If you cannot reach her at the office, the team at Klinkert Law can usually find her by the trail of sand she leaves … and she is often close by or contactable on her mobile/email.
